The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. 

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence as not all of our merchandise ships from the same warehouse. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Return Parcel

In any case, the parcel may return to us with one of the following reasons.

· Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcel will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon the arrival.)

· No Such Street or Number

· Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward

Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "UNCLAIM" or due to address the related problems.

ABOUT TAX

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
